Our Human Resources and Health and Safety service called HR Plus in effect provides you with a part time HR department to help you cope with the complex employment/health and safety rules. The service provides sample documentation (such as employment contracts etc) and 24/7 access to employment law experts. Also included is legal expenses insurance to cover the possibility of an employee taking you to an employment tribunal (this also covers any possible award made against you - check the policy details for more information).
