iCash – Our new Internet based accounting system
We are always striving to be at the forefront of technology, but only where real benefits can be achieved for our clients. We are therefore proud to announce the launch of our revolutionary new Internet based bookkeeping and accounts system, iCash.
iCash replaces the need for a manual cashbook or having to buy and update off the shelf accounting packages. You need no software, other than your standard internet browser. Using the highest level of data encryption on a dedicated secure server, you enter your bank, cash and business credit card transactions. A bank reconciliation facility helps you check your entries against your bank statements.
We then review your entries made to the system on a regular basis and make any amendments at that time should they be required. We can monitor the progress of your business throughout the year and offer advice on a much more timely basis.
Reports are available at any time on line such as:-
Cash summary, Detailed cashbook, VAT reports - (gives you the information needed to complete your VAT returns)

The system is designed to work well over just a standard dial up connection, and costs can now be minimised by signing up one of the fixed price internet access deals offered by many companies such as BT, Talk Talk and Orange etc.
As with all internet connection speeds, the speed of connection will depend on your internet service provider (ISP) and the level of usage on the web generally at that time. If you think that speed of connection might be a problem we would be happy to demonstrate the system to you.
There are also many areas covered by cheap broadband access, such as BT Broadband and Blueyonder by Virgin Media. Both of these services offer 10 times faster access and almost an instant response, however only some areas are covered so click on the links to find out if your area is covered.
