Employment law and health and safety regulations can be a nightmare to follow correctly for any business. In the current difficult times managing your staff and following all the rules and procedures correctly is more vital than ever.
HR plus is a new service that provides all the support (including sample documentation) you could need to navigate through the complex rules to follow as an employer and also help you deal with difficult situations like making staff redundant, dealing with disciplinary matters etc. It also provides legal expenses cover to provide support in the event of an ex employee taking you to an employment tribunal.
Quite rightly, Health and Safety regulations and employment laws were set up to protect the rights of employees within the workplace. When relationships break down between you and your staff you need someone who understands the laws and regulations fully, someone who can help you.
Prices start at £29 per month for 5 or fewer employee, and the contract runs for an initial period of 12 months then renews monthly thereafter.
